Worst customer service encounter I’ve ever had!!!

To say I’m upset right now would be an understatement! I purchased a Fridge that has been faulty since day 1. Today is exactly 30 days since I purchased that fridge and logged a refund which was approved!!!! Let me not even start about their so called warehouse managers Logan Kroutz and Mbali Ntombela probably the worst people I have ever encountered, absolutely no regard to their customer’s....They IGNORE my follow up emails, Don’t call for feedback absolutely NOTHING. I was told a new fridge would be delivered yesterday, 11/02/2021 but I’m sitting here not knowing what’s going on and the call Center people can’t even help me!!! You guys service is so appalling I can’t even believe this!!!!
