Worst buy

We bought a Dac652 fridge the 22/10/2018 from ok furniture in bronkhorstspruit From the start lot of frost gather in freezer. I complain about this defy send his mechanic to repair he admitted fault in door. When back to his office confirmed that defy will change the fridge. That was about 13 Desember. After a month it's not replaced so for nearly 3 month we have paid R7000 for no use. They send a mail that I can change it last week at ok furniture because I only own a car it was impossible to do the change ok was will with delivery cost of R500 but defy refused to paid it.
