Worse service ever

I purchase a defy fridge in November 2021 Where I was told it came with a 2 year guarantee. Last week I noticed the fridge went dead my items were not getting cold. They sent out a technician who claimed he doesn't find a fault and will sent out a senior technician I waited 4 days for a senior technician to come out . Upon arrival he claimed it had something to do with the gas . For 3 days my fridge worked . Now it dead again I called to report it again I was told someone will call me but up to date no joy . My items are going of in the fridge . No1 at defy cares. Most ****py after sale service.
