WORSE EVER

Worst customer service ever or shall I say NO SERVICE SINCE MONDAY Milnerton Defy *** !! I've been calling since Monday 17.05.2021 just to get prices on an element and thermostat, every time I must hold on for ONE guy helping ,10 minutes plus. I got an email address *** , no reply. I tried via Facebook no reply, they might as well close that call/service centre if they cannot employ more people.
