Wonderful service encounter

I called Defy Helpline ***) today (16/03/2024) and spoke with Sibusiso. I was searching for the recipe book that came with my Defy microwave purchased some 30 years ago…perhaps archived electronically? Sibusiso was extremely helpful and provided me with the number for the Defy Service Manager who would be able to assist me further - I will endeavour to update my review on Monday after calling the Service Manager. Defy South Africa, you have a gem in Sibusiso! He was extremely courteous and very personable in dealing with me. Please accept my commendation for employing staff of this calibre. Well done!
