Why is there no customer service?????

<p>I have e-mailed Defy themselves in regards with a oven nob (068027) that I need to replace about 2 months ago, and still till today have had no reply or phone call from anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Could anyone please get back to me?????????</p>
