Why didn't she call me back!

I bought a hob, oven and extractor fan on the 17 Jan. I phoned Defy to query the tray in the oven. The lady Dell (I think, couldn't hear that well) said she would check and phone me back the next day. I'm still waiting! I then contacted Hirsch's and there still waiting too! Can some please answer my question?
