Why Defy Why!!!!!!!!

<p>I have always been a loyal customer of defy. I bought a Defy black glas finish double door fridge in October of last year, it cost me over R 15 000. Since the day I have bought it the ice and water dispensers NEVER worked. I notified the shop where I bought it they reported it to Defy repair centre who sent out a technican on the 1 st of November and he confirmed that the fidge is faulty. I have never heard or seen of Defy again. The shop told me that the fridges are out of stock and they have sent emails requesting that my fidge be replaced,they have however not received any feedback. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!! I am disgusted with this service. </p>
