Who ever runs your Nelspruit Branch is causing you reputational harm. The lady at reception is sitting on her phone watching YouTube and Facebook instead of minding the phone. I handed my washing machine in over a week ago. I phoned several times to enquire of which 2 out of 8 calls were answered, the technician is not available and I am promised to be called back, no call back. I have had to drive to the branch 3 times now for an update, with today still no progress. No response from receptionist, no update from technical. I won't buy a Defy again
