Where do I even begin, from my Parents home to now my house. Defy has been that one brand that has stood the test of time, good quality products and excellent service from their consultants. One fond memory, was when a consultant came to fix Defy stove that wasn’t working for quite some time. Our neighbour came and asked if we had purchase a new stove since it was now looking brand new …😍😄 i was 10 years old and still remember the gentleman from Defy to came not to fix the stove but gave it a new life. My grandma is still using the same stove.., that’s how durable Defy appliances are.
