When i grew up my parents were using Defy appliances eg fridge,deep freezer,stove,micro oven and washing machine and they lasted I have never heard them looking for technician but what i know is that any fault you send experts at the comfort of customers homes.I inherited this from my parents as I dont want to spend money on items that doesnt last as i am donating to less privilledged learners school uniforms.Defy is my best appliances of choice.I got married since 2008 and never had any problem with fridge,microoven;deep freezer, washing machine;stove and wow i recently bought a hob oven and glass top stove as i love baking a lot hmmmm everything comes out perfect.I dont regret with Defy always superb.I only lack airfryer to compliment my appliances.I always reccomend Defy when giving baking lessons.Defy you are the best👌🏿
