What a ****ty product

<p>I bought a brand new Defy Washing machine on the 5 March 2016. This week the PC board decided to pack up. Now because of your guarantee terms and conditions I must sit without a washing machine until a new PC board can be ordered. This is unacceptable. Why pay so much money for something that barely lasted 5 months???? Who is the one that is inconvenienced? Most definitely not Defy. I will never recommend your product to anyone </p>
