We have a defy washing machine and tumble dryer

We have a defy washing machine and tumble dryer. The washing machine broke down after about 7 months from purchase and it was a month and a half drag to get someone from defy out to fix it. The eventually came to fix it 3 times and third time the charm. The tumble dryer was less of a headache, it to about 4 days for someone to come out and replace the part. Overall I'm not unsatisfied with defy products or their services, I'm just inpatient when it gets to falling behind with the washing.
