Washing machine in for repairs for TWO MONTHS

Good day.

My washing machine which is still under warranty by Defy had a fault with its drum. Defy sent one of their repair agents in early January 2021 and on the 5th of January 2021 Bernard’s TV and Appliance Service CC (Defy service provider) fetched my machine to install a new drum. Today is 04 March, and almost two months later and my washing machine has still not been returned.

The repairs guys say Defy has sent them three wrong drums and there is nothing they can do. This is the worst service I have ever received, and I has left a bad taste. Till this day Defy does not call or bother to provide an update.

Are they even bothered how it is I am washing my laundry or the extra financial burden I’ve had to carry to buy a second machine whilst this one is in for repairs.
