Warranty Registration

I'm try to contact Defy telephonic or online to get help about warranty registration of a fridge freezer I bought. The 086 nr you go backwards in the line, started at nr 3 end up with nr 8. Phoned Montaque Gardens branch but they couldn't help. My problem is with the online warranty registration my Model nr is not in the drop down list.
