Warranty Claims

I claimed a warranty on a DEFY fridge due to a quality / factory reject issue on the fridge.

I am struggling for more than 3 months to get the new fridge delivered, warranty claim has been approved but due to covid they don’t have stock available, the lady confirmed they’ve got stock but its allocated to different regions.

After numerous unsuccesfull phone calls and calls that gets dropped in my ear I still didnt receive my new fridge nor a phone call back.

I think this is pathetic to say the least
