Wanted to rate our defy fridge 5/5 and stove 4/5 as loyal defy users for over 20 years, we normally replace our items with just another updated version of the product. We are happy, we recently experienced an issue with our stove with the plates working partially, the stove is newer so we assumed it to be a factory fault or electrical issue of some sort. Our oven plates were replaced within two days of complaining with brand new ones and we have been happily using them for over a week now. Thanks defy!
