Want a Defy appliance - think again!

The last time I will purchase from Defy. Totally inefficient. Just have a little query regarding the fitting of the guard covering the bottom element so phoned the service department for advice. Sadly the agent who answered my call had absolutely no clue and advised me to send a picture via Whatsapp. Obviously the easy way out for her. Great - but their Whatsapp doesn't work!
