Waiting over 4 months for a part ordered

A part was ordered 4 months back, they just tell me it is out of stock, still waiting for it, im now gave up and said give me the part that is available not matching the correct colour. Names above never comes back to me, phone goes off when option of service department selected, reception takes message, never get a response.<br> Complained on their website, still no one came back to me yet. Costing me a leg and a dime just on phone calls already. They must appoint more staff, totally useless.
