Waiting for faulty fridge exchange - a MONTH later

<p>Fridge purchased from Makro in October 2016 and delivered okay. Little did we know the fridge was faulty. After calling a Defy technician out, they decide thy will replace the fridge (news we were more than happy to hear). Little did we know that ACTUALLY, the exchange would take more than a month. We are now in month 2 of waiting. Each time I call there is someone else to deal with. One time I called I wa told the exchange would be done that same week. That did not happen. This is unacceptable service. </p>
