Waiting for assistance almost 3 weeks. Don't buy Defy

Got stove for bday..Defy does not actually need any stars, especially when it comes with service delivery. I've been waiting now 2 weeks to come for a replacement of a stove that I bought at Herche's in Cape Town. The phoned to get my address. They can't spell it correctly.Think they can't Google.Don't deserve anything.
