Waiting for a response from the Service Center since 5 days ago

<p>I requested a call/booking from the Service Center on the website . I'm still waiting. I received a Defy Service Request Confirmation on the 14/12/2016. We now think we made a bad choice by not going originally for Samsung as we decided.</p>
