Waiting 5 months for reimbur*****t

Defy port eliazabeth has given me the run about for 6 months. I am getting nowhere with them. The head office promised the manager in port Elizabeth will sort the claim of compensation for a faulty oven with is still under guarantee. The buck is just being passed on with false promises. For such a huge company it is a shame that nothing gets done
