Very Unhappy with your consultants attitude

I have the worst Service from Defy. You cannot expect a customer to wait the entire day for your workshop team to arrive. We have to work. I asked the call center consultant Sibusiso what time they are coming and he said they don't have a time and then he says I am not the only customer they service. I am not ******** I wanted to figure out a time. I asked to be transfered to the manager and I was on the transfer line for a while. Believe me this is the last product I will ever buy from Defy!!!
