very unhappy with Defy service is pathetic

I bought a washing machine couple of months ago. something is wrong with it I was told to phone defy which I did. They came and said it need a part. they have not come back to me yet it is almost 4 weeks. I phone and leave messages and nobody phones back not even the so called manager Ronald. my sister in Law also phoned and pretended to be me and Ronald has not phoned back . Unacceptable
