Very Unhappy Customer

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a technician to come and fix my oven. They told me he would definetely be coming Friday 14th August I waited in all day and I phoned 4 times and they said he would be here. It is now Monday 17th August still no one has turned up to fix my oven. I have whirlpool appliances and their service is 100% better than Defy. I will never ever buy another Defy product.
