Very poor service Defy

3years ago I bought a Defy toploader washing Machine with an extended service plan. After a year it broke. I had it repaired by defy. Only for the washing machine to give problems again recently. I phoned makro who in turn contacted Defy.

Defy then sent Subcontractors to come and fix the toploader. The one technician was very rude and didn't listen to what I said the problem was and made up his own mind on what the solution would be. I waited a month for a part only for the subcontractor to tell us Defy gave them the wrong part. Waiting another 3 weeks for the correct part, it was installed with no difference to the problem.

This is pathetic service, from Defy and Makro. And I am fed up with this. Unacceptable

I had to borrow another washing machine from family, to wash laundry the past 3+ months.
