Very poor product and poor service to customer

<p>I bought a chest freezer from Hirshes last year September. I needed one because I have a company that makes dried fruit so I freeze the fruit that is in season so that I have it throughout the year. I bought 102 punnets of strawberries and put them in the top baskets, they went off. I thought it was the position of the freezer so I moved it. What I put in it would take 4 days to freeze. Then it totally stopped freezing, I lost R1000 s of Rand of fruit, Guava, Apple, Pear, Pineapple. I called Defy, they sent someone out to fix it. He said something was stuck in a pipe at the back and fixed it. After he left it still did not work, I complained again. The man from Defy came out again and Saud he will organize someone to collect the freezer. I have not heard from anyone and I am still waiting. I need the freezer because I need to freeze more fruit for my business. I am appalled at Defys customer service. </p>
