Very disappointed ☹️ Defy customer!

I feel de*****ed by a Defy Service Centre in Cape Town Bellville. After paying close to R4000 for a fridge repair and the fridge is still not functioning properly. I receive this message, “ Your Defy service call no.*** has been resolved. Kindly rate our service by clicking the link below.”.

I would rate a zero if I could. I’m lost for words. R4000 down the cash register of Defy Service Centre and I still need a new fridge. Never buying a Defy in the near future.
