Very disappointed

I love Defy appliances. But lately they s3ll quantity not quality i bought a DFf447 Fridge. It been exactly 3 years everything was fine.till last week the Freezer site just decided to stop working. Only was side work. When I called today I was told that yesterday my 3 year warranty expired they cant help me. I need to pay. I am just scared that Defy is selling us **** dreams quantity instead of quality
