Very bad Service. Poor Poor Poor Poor Service

My dishwasher had a leak so I called Defy as it is still under warranty. Initially they were very good, they sent a techinician to my place. He checked the machine and 'sorted' it out. he couldnt test it due to loadshedding, which was understandable. Later that night we tested the machine and it was still leaking. I called Defy again and they sent the technician again. The technician reported that the reason it is leaking is because the machine had no legs. HELLO, we were using the machine for over a year without the legs (Apparently you supposed to get the legs wih the machine, we didnt get a set). I called Defy again and they sent a \SENIOR TECHNICIAN"he reported the same issue and advised that the machine had to taken to their workshop. Its been a over a week that my machine is there"
