Very Bad Service
Very Poor service from Defy Technician, I bought a machine at Game in February 2022 now is June my appliance is dead i log a call they came and what they do they check my power which i ddnt called them for, then they refused to fix the machine telling me my power is loo, did they tell me that when I bought the machine the answer is no, why don't ask what kind of power will use for the machine but they took almost R6000 for the machine that lasted for 4 months now i had get independent person to fix it for R1900 for something that was supposed to fix by them for free because is still under warranty instead they checking my power what for because they must fix the machine and go they have nothing to do my power, my question is it means if you staying in squatter camp using generator or solar it means you not supposed to buy their products because the power won't be what they want. I will never ever buy any Defy products in my life.

We understand your frustration and apologize once again for the inconvenience.
As per Whatsapp chat, the voltage from the previous location was not powerful enough for the unit to function.
We were willing to send a technician to your new location, as the unit was under warranty. Feedback was that you would/had fixed the machine with an external agent leading to voiding the warranty.
