VERY BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE.
Very bad customer service. We bought a 13kg top loader washing machine from defy and we received it broken. Technician was here 3 times to fix it and It is Still not working we had to arrange with the store OURSELVES for a new washing machine. They are not responding to our emails and customer care is very rude AND NOT HELPFUL. Its nearly 1 month and we still dont have a working washing machine. Whats next??
