Very bad customer service

I bought a defy double sided fridge freezer on the 3 Sep 2018, I had to return it because after 24h it still wasn't getting cold. They delivered a second fridge on the 6 Sep 2018. This one was working, but I noticed the panel housing PC board and electronics was damaged. I logged a complaint on the 8 Sep 2018, and to this day am still waiting for a technician, even after numerous follow ups. I think I should have listened to my gut and friends never to buy any Defy appliances.
