VERY BAD AFTER-SALES SERVICE, NOT HONOURING THEIR COMMITMENT

We bought a DEFY 631 M/F Thermo-Fan which is still under guarantee, cakes have of late just flopped due to temperature problems the technicians told us that when you bake you must set the controls to GRILL. Three times the technicians have been out and we’ve got no satisfaction. DEFY MUST HAVE ONE OF THE WORST AFTER-SALES SERVICES, THEY ARE PATHETIC, AND TRY EVERYTHING THEY CAN NOT TO HONOUR THEIR COMMITMENTS OF FIX-UP PROPERLY (or) MONEY BACK. All these complaints must be taken to the Consumer Council.
