Utterly useless warranty support - Non-caring staff.

Terrible Defy warranty service support. I have phoned Defy with complaints about my fridge not working correctly. Their technician has been at my house 3 times, fridge still not working as intended. After 4 phone calls to Defy, I have still not even been able to get them to pick up my fridge to get it fixed at the workshop. Fed up, frustrated and beyond disappointed with Defy SA. Hoping someone at corporate sees this post and will contact me.
