Useless Technician & After Sales Service

<p>My oven became unhinged 3 weeks ago & Defy swent out a tecnician to attend to it - the part was apparently out of stock but had since come in but no feedback has beeb received from the technician about when he will be repairing the appliance nor do we have his contcat number & the customer service number is unreachable & they lie about the repair dates as nothing was scheduled or confirmed. Their management is equally unhelpful & does not rfeturn calls if in fact yiu actually get through to their office within attempting to call 10 times consecutively. </p>
