Useless support centre

<p>I logged a call for assistance over a month ago, to date no response. I needed to assistance in pin pointing the problem with two of my hob plates not being able to regulate. I called defy nad was put through to parts, the person said he could not assist, he was not technical...I ask you!!! I then phoned back and asked for service ( 4 times) there was just no reply. I certainly will not RELY on DEFY in the future, this is the worst service I have ever experienced. Someone in Defy, please look at your aweful reviews, and do something about it, that is, if you care about your customers!!</p>
