Useless service department

On Friday 13 November I phoned the defy service department as my freezer was not working. Was assured a technician would contact me on Saturday and come to do repairs. Monday morning I phoned Defy again and was again assured someone would be with me by 12 noon. It's now 4 pm Monday afternoon and the service centre is not answering the phones. Lousy service I will never buy another Defy product if this is how they treat their customers.
