Useless product and bad service

My mother bought a Defy double Door 2years ago from Makro cash.. The fridge has been repaired twice ,this is the 3rd time where it just stoped getting cold,their technician came through to check then told my mum it’s the fam that has been a problem and it was sold to her that way then they came in to take It..

It’s been 3 ****** weeks and it’s not back no one has communicated with mum ,she called them a week later they said they waiting for a part up till date nothing has been said ,I’ve just called on her behalf aswell and still same story the part is not yet received..

How is my mum expected to survive this long ,food is getting spoiled in this heat she has to ask neighbors to assist her ,worse y’all are not even showing any care or remorse towards her situation by your quietness , I’m now the one that has to make the calls coz we talking about a pensioner who is now even struggling to call you guys for updates since you don’t bother to ..

I need that fridge back working as in yesterday,you guys are taking people for a ride!!!!

An elderly person must now have sleepless nights and be stressed because of you guys and your useless product!
