Useless after sales support!!!!!!

We called the Defy to assist us with sending someone out to fix our fridge. They cannot GIVE US A TIME OR DATE THEY WILL COME OUT. the tec guy calls us out of the blue during the week.i missed the call as I was at work in a meeting. When I called him back he says he was in the area. It's 2.5 weeks later and still nothing. The after sales service is pathetic. DEFY IS USELESS!!!!!
