Urgently needing a part for my fridge!!!!

For the past 2 days I have tried to contact defy service centre for a part for our double door fridge. Today I left my name and number with the receptionist and I am still waiting for someone to call me. Customer service is of utmost importance especially when a consumer uses your product and is unable to due to a part that they are waiting on. I wish turnaround time and customer service could improve, Defy.
