Urgent Help

Urgent help.

Please see attached proof has been sent for item purchased along with audio of what noise the fridge is making.

· Purchased in 2017

· Reported fault since 2020

· Technicians came through and replaced fan twice, however, this did not resolve the issue.

· When noise got louder, I had complained again.

· 3-4 Technicians came out after this complaint and they all said its sounds normal and cannot locate a fault.

· Noise got louder again, we complained to Game once again.

· A senior Technician came out and could not pick up the fault.

· Last Technician that came our advised they will take the fridge and give a refund, however, we will need to go to Game to log an incident.

· Went to Game and reported the fault, however, now that the Fridge has been picked up, I want a refund and not a fixed fridge.

· I have lost all faith in the fridge should they bring back the warranty will be over and there is no guarantee the Fridge will work.

· Do not bring the fridge back I will not accept this I want my refund.

With all this being said I would like a full refund of the money spent on the item as this is not worth the hassle to get a fixed and replaced fridge from your company. I was informed by the retailer Game that I need to contact the manufacturer which is Defy , they keep passing the buck onto Game .

Please can this be considered urgent as I am without fridge at the moment and have ongoing issues with yourselves for the last 4 years, should my refund not be completed as soon as possible I will post all off this on Hello Peter and have my lawyers take over.
