upset about no customer service

I bought a defy washing machine 6 months ago and had problems with it, we let the company know about the problem since its still under warranty. The owner of the defy Margate place came out and just sprayed Q20 inside and said the problem would disappear. Well it did not fix the problem and we let the company we bought it from know about the huge noise its making, one month has gone and not even a follow up phone call from defy to say they will come again which shows the service is shocking.dont buy defy
