Unsuccessful "repair" DEFY SANDTON

Hello! Hope that you are well, I would like to share my experience with Defy Sandton, this past week, I have not had the best experience with them trying to solve a massive issue affecting my business, where the washing machine was flooding over multiple days, I called them out to help repair, last Monday they were an hour late after arranging a time, they promised to come back the next day, next day arrived with only left with 20mins before we close for the day, replaced the inlet valve, now the washing machine won't wash, this was never a problem before, as for the parts they left out of my machine, I shared the pictures to them on *** and I have had no response from them, they happy to take my money and "repair" yet my washing Machine is in a worse condition than what we started.

I'm happy to share my *** conversations I had with defy Sandton.

All I wanted is honest service from defy. I am in the service industry and to say the least, I'm so upset how they are taking advantage of me, and then leaving me in the dark.
