Unsatisfied customer

I send Defy a query a week and still nobody has gotten back to me. I bought a fridge from Defy and last year April the fridge stopped working I paid R 4673.51 for the following: Compressor Filter Glass Drier Last month a technician came again and I paid R 630. I'm frustrated and feel as though I'm not getting any assistance from the company.
