Unreliable Products and Unreliable Service

I have now been waiting 4 weeks for my front loader washing machine to be repaired - R2,500 worth of laundromat bills and endless inconvenience. Unacceptable service and a useless call centre to boot.

Amazing technician, who has tried his best and will come out no matter what time.

If I had looked at HelloPeter before purchasing the washing machine I would have avoided the brand at all costs. Seems everyone has the same problem!! From the most reliable brand which I had grown-up knowing to the worst, so sad!
