Unreliable appliances

Bought a defy washing machine from Ok Furniture in Pinetown. On first day I used it,I realised it wasn't spining my washing nor was it completing the wash. I honestly wish I had remembered to review defy appliances here first before buying this nonsense appliances. U can't rely on defy
