Unprofessional manager

Hi. Its 6 months and I'm still being told the same story each month. Corne, the manager at pe branch defy promises to conclude the matter as soon as the system uploads the info. I cant understand what system needs 6 months to start an upload. Really mr corne get your act together and deliver service. Dont take advantage and waste time
