Unhelpful manager

Good day. I've been having trouble with my defy fridge after 2 months. 3 times the same technician comes and just adjust the temperature. He says I should open the fridge maybe only 3 times a day. What nonsense. The food went off and I'm sitting with a loss. The PE manager authorized the exchange eventually but says I must wait 15 days for a new unit. So what kind of company is that. How can I spend money on a faulty fridge and now be without something for so long. She refuse to even give me another model even though this specific model is discontinued.
